02 / CINEMA
Install the right edition.
The PC VR edition runs on a 64-bit Windows PC with a compatible OpenXR setup and controllers. The Quest edition runs on the headset and currently requires sideloading. Read the requirements for the exact release you download.
03 / CONNECT
Sign in to your server.
Enter your media server address in the app. Your website account and your media server account are separate. When connecting across the internet, use a securely configured connection to your server.
Watching with someone else
Both people must be able to reach the same media server. Create a private room, share its room code, and select a seat. A room code does not configure remote server access.
Current PC VR controls use controllers. Quest hand controls and movable menus depend on the installed build. Voice chat and Meta profile avatars are not promised by these releases.
